Rounds

Rounds last exactly 5 minutes and are aligned to the clock (:00, :05, :10 โ€ฆ). They are never extended. Betting closes in the final 3 seconds; buys in that window are rejected.

Blocks & pricing

Every block is one exact whole-dollar BTC price: $83,521, $83,522, $83,523 โ€ฆ The board is centred on the previous round's settlement price and covers ยฑ0.5% around it (about 830 blocks at today's price). You can scroll the board or type the exact price you want.

A free block costs 0.1 SOL. Blocks are taken over, not shared: buying a held block costs double what the holder paid (0.1 โ†’ 0.2 โ†’ 0.4 โ†’ 0.8 โ€ฆ). The previous holder receives 60% of the new price, which is what they paid plus 20%. The remaining 40% is split 90% to the prize pool and 10% to operations. First purchases (0.1 SOL) are split 90/10.

Payout example

You buy a free block for 0.1 SOL โ†’ 0.09 SOL to the pool, 0.01 SOL ops.

Someone takes it for 0.2 SOL โ†’ you get 0.12 SOL (your 0.1 + 20%); of the other 0.08 SOL, 0.072 to the pool, 0.008 ops.

They get taken for 0.4 SOL โ†’ they get 0.24 SOL (+20%); 0.144 to the pool, 0.016 ops.

Pool is 10 SOL at round end. They hold $83,522 and Binance closes the round at $83,522.87 โ†’ floored to $83,522 โ†’ DEAD ON: they win 10% = 1 SOL gross, minus tax (below). At $83,523.04 it would be a miss: nothing is paid and the 10 SOL rolls into the next round.

$DEADON token

$DEADON launches on pump.fun at mainnet launch. pump.fun creator fees are deposited into the prize pool, and holding $DEADON lowers your winnings tax. The contract address will be revealed at launch; ignore any address posted before then. No price or value is promised.

Winnings tax

Winnings are taxed by how much $DEADON the winner holds at settlement. The tax stays in the pool for future winners.

$DEADON heldTax on winningsNet on a 1 SOL win
010%0.900 SOL
250,0007.5%0.925 SOL
500,0005%0.950 SOL
750,0002.5%0.975 SOL
1,000,000+0%1.000 SOL

Linear in between: tax = 10% ร— (1 โˆ’ holdings / 1,000,000). Until $DEADON launches, every winner pays the 10% tier.

Settlement & verification

The settlement price is the close of the Binance BTCUSDT 1-second candle that starts at the round-end second, floored to the whole dollar (83,522.87 โ†’ 83,522; 83,522.01 โ†’ 83,522; 83,523.00 โ†’ 83,523). The floored value must equal your block exactly. On mainnet our settlement bot posts it on-chain once per round; the contract rejects a second submission, timestamps outside [end, end + 5 s] and anything before the round ends. If no price is posted within 10 minutes, anyone can void the round (no winner, pool rolls over).

Anyone can check a result: every row in History has a Verify on Binance link that opens Binance's public data for that exact second. The close shown there, floored to the dollar, is the winning price.

Claiming

Outbid payouts (+20%) and winnings accumulate in your Claimable balance. Claim moves them to your wallet (in the demo: to your play balance) whenever you like.

Smart contract

The Solana program is written in Anchor and is built. Its test suite (9 tests) passes on a local validator: takeover payouts, 3-second cutoff, settlement rules (oracle-only, after end, source time window, one submission), exact whole-dollar hit with the floor rule and tax, one-dollar-off rollover, timeout void, oracle key rotation, and claims with full vault accounting. It will be deployed to Solana mainnet at launch, and the program address will be published here.

FAQ

Is the demo real money?

No. The demo uses 10 SOL of play money stored in your browser. The ๐Ÿค– holders are simulated bots so the board isn't empty. Prices and settlement are real Binance data.

What does $DEADON do?

Holding it cuts your winnings tax (10% at 0, 0% at 1,000,000+), and its pump.fun creator fees fund the prize pool. It launches on pump.fun at mainnet launch.

Can a round be extended?

Never. Every round is exactly 5 minutes.

How exactly is the winning price chosen?

Take the Binance BTCUSDT 1-second close at the round end and drop the cents. $83,522.87 and $83,522.01 both mean $83,522 wins.

What happens when I'm outbid?

You receive 60% of the new price, which is your stake plus 20%: 0.1 โ†’ 0.12, 0.2 โ†’ 0.24, 0.4 โ†’ 0.48 SOL. It lands in Claimable instantly.

What if nobody hits the price?

Nothing is paid and the whole pool carries into the next round, so pots can grow.

Why can't I buy in the last 3 seconds?

To stop last-instant sniping on the known price. The contract rejects those transactions, so your funds stay in your wallet.
